Welcome to Real Hope Behavioral Health
We provide confidential, holistic outpatient services for substance use disorder and mental health by experienced and licensed clinicians.
Our substance use disorder outpatient program offers individualized treatment plans, peer support, targeted case management, and individual and group counseling. Medication-assisted treatment of Suboxone, Naltrexone/Vivitrol and Sublocade may be prescribed after an evaluation.
We offer behavioral health therapy for all ages and all mental health issues. For that person or family who is grieving, has anxiety, depression, going through a divorce, a loss, or a major change in their life, our experienced, licensed clinicians are here and waiting for your call.

Isaiah House Treatment Center is a non-profit treatment center with 21 years of experience of helping people break free from the grip of addiction. Saving lives and restoring families is our focus. Our treatment model is designed to provide a holistic and faith-based program that treats the whole person and their family.
Real Health Primary Care offers medical services for the entire family, ages infant to adult – from wellness checks to management of a chronic illnesses. Medicaid, Medicare, commercial insurance, and cash pay accepted.
